We demand equal pay & an end to gender pay discrimination. We organise together in our workplaces to support women escaping domestic and family violence. We are union, and we fight for secure jobs & a living wage. We campaign for workplaces that support families through paid parental leave. We advocate for pandemic support that recognises the gendered impact of Covid-19.
